He thought he could intimidate my son and bully him into leaving the area, even though my son wasn’t hurting anyone or anything. That type of behavior isn’t acceptable in any apartment community, especially from an adult, and I chose to deal with this issue straight away. Those who can’t tolerate the sounds of kids playing, and those who don’t play well in the sandbox are the classic definition of a bad neighbor, and they shouldn’t live in an apartment community.
